Service Credits: If you cannot attend your appointment or wish to change services, your payment may be applied as a credit toward another service offered by Covet2Prophey Ministries, Inc., at our discretion. Credits are valid for 12 months from the original payment date. Credits are non-transferable. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and within the credit period. Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without notice may still qualify for a service credit at the discretion of Covet2Prophey Ministries, Inc., provided it is used within the 12-month validity period.
